BreathEasy Forms is a product of BreathEasy. You can reach us any time at sales@breatheasy.net.

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising or profiling scripts. That is why you do not see a cookie consent banner here. There is nothing to consent to.

We do measure traffic so we know which pages help people. For each page view we record the page path, the time, the referring website domain, a general device category (desktop, mobile, tablet), and a one-way anonymous code that rotates every day. The code is generated by hashing values that are never stored, and it cannot be reversed, matched to a person, or linked across days. We do not store IP addresses.

When you request a demo or email us, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and any company, phone, current tool, volume, and message details you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a managed email service to deliver our messages and a managed database to store submissions securely.

We send transactional replies to people who contact us. If we ever send marketing email, every message includes our identity, a real postal contact route, and a working unsubscribe link that we honor promptly. We never sell or share email lists.

Form submissions collected by our customers belong to those customers. BreathEasy Forms processes that data on their instructions, stores it encrypted in transit and at rest, and does not use it to train models or build profiles. Customers control retention, access, and deletion for their own accounts.

Demo requests and email correspondence are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted on request. Anonymous traffic measurements are retained in aggregate for reporting and contain no personal information.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@breatheasy.net and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or the GDPR, and we honor those requests the same way.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes are announced to account holders by email.
